Company
What does Solid Safety do?
Solid Safety is a security and site support provider based in Wiesbaden, Germany, specialising in data centers. We provide security guarding, access control, fire watch, site paramedics, site support/logistics and cleaning – during construction and in live operations. We also cover static guarding and reception services, e.g. for logistics centers and commercial sites.
How much data center experience do you have?
Solid Safety GmbH was founded in 2019; the team has worked in this field since 2016. We have supported more than 40 data center projects and delivered over 1 million operating hours – mainly in Frankfurt/Rhine-Main and Berlin, as well as Munich and Hamburg. See references.
Where do you operate?
Across Germany, headquartered in Wiesbaden. For projects elsewhere in Europe, just get in touch.
Do you offer close protection or event security?
No. We focus on data centers, construction sites, logistics and industrial sites, and critical infrastructure.

Contracting and start-up
How quickly can you start?
Usually within 24 to 48 hours of instruction. Scaling up an existing team is normally possible within the same timeframe.
How are you engaged, and how long does the contract run?
Typically via a purchase order (PO) for the duration of your project. When the end of the project approaches, you let us know in good time. Extensions or changes in scope are agreed directly with you.
Is there a minimum order size?
No. We cover single positions as well as large teams.
Can you take over from an existing security provider?
Yes. We take over running sites with a documented handover and no gap in coverage. How the switch works.

Staff and quality
Do you use your own staff?
Yes. We work with our own permanently employed staff – no floaters. Our teams know the site and its procedures.
What happens if someone is absent?
We guarantee a replacement. No position is left unfilled.
What qualifications do your staff have?
Our security officers meet the requirements of §34a of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO). They are also trained as fire safety assistants, in de-escalation and first aid, and complete our own data center induction. Our teams are familiar with permit-to-work and RAMS.
Do your staff speak English?
Yes, all of our staff speak English – standard on international data center projects.
Which certifications and insurance do you have?
We are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and DIN 77200 and carry €15 million of liability insurance. More on quality and compliance.
How do you report?
Patrols and incidents are recorded in a digital logbook. You receive PDF reports and a fixed point of contact with a direct line to management.

Services
Can I get several services from one provider?
Yes. Security, fire watch, site paramedics, site support and logistics and cleaning all come from us – one point of contact instead of several suppliers.
Do you work only during construction or also in live operations?
Both. We secure data centers from the construction site through commissioning into live operations. Data center security services.
Are you available around the clock?
Yes, we are reachable 24/7 – including for short-notice requests and incidents.
