What a data center security provider must deliver – and how we deliver it
Vetted, qualified personnel
All security officers are registered in the German security guard register (Bewacherregister) and qualified under §34a GewO, most of them with the IHK certificate of competence (Sachkundeprüfung). A police clearance certificate is mandatory for every employee; extended background checks or security clearance are available on request.
A fixed team, not rotating stand-ins
Every site gets a named, dedicated team that knows the site, the procedures and the contacts – no rotating stand-ins, no constant re-induction. If someone is absent, a trained replacement is guaranteed.
Structured access management without gate queues
Identity checks, badge issuance, visitor and key management, and tool and material logging at the gate – with the four-eyes principle for sensitive access and key handovers. Designed for 500+ daily entries without slowing construction progress.
Audit-proof documentation
Digital security logbook, access logs, documented patrols with checkpoint verification and full incident reports – traceable for site management, operators and audits.
Compliance that stands up to due diligence
Documented minimum wage and tariff compliance, verified right to work, signed NDAs from every employee, external data protection officer for CCTV and access data, no domestic subcontracting. Certified to ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and DIN 77200 by DEKRA, IHK-certified, VSW member, €15M liability insurance.
Discretion
Data centers are critical infrastructure. Project names and site details stay confidential – we arrange reference calls in person.
Security concepts and risk assessments
We prepare security concepts and risk assessments for construction and live operations – and implement them with our own staff.
24/7 and bilingual
24-hour control room, management directly reachable in an emergency, and teams working in German and English for international general contractors and operators.
