Applying – frequently asked questions
Do I need to speak English?
Yes. Our sites are run by international teams – English is our most important hiring criterion. German is a plus.
Do I need a § 34a GewO qualification?
For security roles, yes: § 34a GewO instruction or certificate. You do not need it for general operative, plant operator or traffic marshal roles.
Which documents do I need?
Your CV, proof of your qualifications, a clean police certificate and – if required – your work permit.
Where will I work?
Mainly on data center construction sites, for example in Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich and Hamburg.
Will I be trained?
Yes. Among other things you get a data center induction and training in fire warden duties, de-escalation and first aid.
