Frequently asked questions
How quickly can you start?
Usually within 48 hours of instruction – including a site supervisor as your fixed point of contact.
What qualifications do your security officers have?
German security qualification under Sec. 34a GewO, police clearance, first aid and fire safety training, de-escalation training and our own data center induction. Communication in the local language and English.
Do you use your own staff?
Yes. We work with our own, directly employed staff – fixed teams instead of changing floaters.
Can you take over a site from another provider?
Yes. We take over live sites without a gap in coverage – with a parallel shift if required. More under Switching provider.
Do you also offer classic static guarding?
Yes. Besides data centers, we provide static guarding, reception and gatehouse services and mobile patrols. More under Static guarding & reception.
Where do you operate?
Across Germany with a focus on Frankfurt/Rhine-Main, Berlin, Munich and Hamburg – and deployable across Europe.
